One of the rare treats in this pandemic has been time with friends. Remember the beginning of this mess? Fourteen days to flatten the curve. Who’s essential? Who can stay home? Turns out, friendship is essential.
This weekend, Rob and I are taking a few days away. We are unwinding in a farmhouse without wifi; wholly focused on treasuring the souls sitting in front of us. We will drink deeply from the well of shared faith and invite God into every conversation. We will eat and talk and laugh and play and worship and pray and rest. We will be refreshed.
All that said, no posts for a fews days. I’ll see you sweet folks on the other side. <3
